For protection through a range of seasons, the durable outer fabric layer is both breathable and waterproof, whilst the super soft inner fleecing wicks water off the skin.

The YKK zip with wind baffle and new toggle hood also prevent wind and rain from getting inside, keeping users warm, dry and comfortable.

New EVO features see increased robe length for concealed easy changing and extra pocket space to keep hands free; zipped valuable pocket and discreet underwear pocket on the inside. Outer pockets also close by magnet fastenings for added valuable security.

Keeping your robe clean is the best way to preserve its life for many more adventures to come.

We generally recommend spot-washing* your robe unless the level of filth calls for more extreme cleaning measures, or, limiting a full wash to every 3-6 months depending on how often you use it. The EVO boasts a PFC-free DWR waterproof outer which will perform better the less intense cleaning it is subjected too, so as a general rule, only wash it when it’s particularly stinky or filthy.

When you do wash your robe, do so at no more than 30 degrees C on a slow-spin cycle.

After the first 4-5 full washes you’ll need to boost the DWR with a special outdoor kit washing liquid (Grangers or similar). Avoid laundry detergent as much as possible as it is designed to break down grease and oils, and the DWR coating looks similar to these to detergents, so avoid adding this to the wash.

For best results, try washing and drying your robe inside out as the outer layer will dry quickly while the fleece will take longer. If possible, dry flat in the sun, but in wintertime, hanging your robe in a warm spot will speed up drying.

*Spot cleaning your robes: For any grease-based marks spot cleaning with washing up liquid is recommended.
